Overview

Clients can use tags to target specific consumers to collect information about their behavior and preferences.

Tags can also be used to search for specific content or triggers in the platform.

Multiple tags may be added to content.

Tag Functions

Create Tag

1. Click on the menu in the upper right corner

2. Click on Settings

3. Click on Tags

4. Click Add Tag

5. Enter the desired name of the tag

6. Choose if whether it is aCustom or Core category and check the appropriate circle

|Core|Core Tags are system wide. They are available for all clients

7. Click Create

8. The tag will now appear at the top of the list in the tags section

You can not Edit Tags

Delete Tag

1. Click on the menu in the upper right corner

2. Click on Settings

3. Click on Tags

4. Find the tag that is to be deleted

5. Click on three blue dots to the very right of the tag and click delete.
