Triggers initiate the delivery of preconfigured content from the ACTV8me backend.
QR Code
A QR Code trigger allows an end-user to receive content after scanning the code from a display (i.e. a screen placed in the lobby of a building or mounted on a wall of an elevator, or a poster placed in a strategic location within a grocery store).
The following properties are part of a QR Code trigger:

| Name | Title of the QR Code Trigger. |
| QR Code URL | This is the URL that redirects the user to the micro-site. It is disabled and auto generated upon trigger creation. |
| Size | Size of the QR code image. |
To create a QR Code trigger:
- Click on Triggers in the top navigation bar and select QR Code.
- Click Add QR Code on the top right.
- Enter the Name and Size.
- For Delivery Preset and Targeting, please refer to Delivery Preset.
- Add the trigger to the selected Campaign and Application.
- Click Create.
- After successfully completing the QR Code creation, you can download the QR code image in PNG or JPEG format
