Triggers initiate the delivery of preconfigured content from the ACTV8me backend.
Media
A Media trigger (also known as a One-Screen trigger) delivers content during programs and commercials.
The following properties are part of a media trigger:
| Property | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Title of the Media Trigger |
| Media Id | a set of numbers and letters that are specific to a media file |
| Media Type | TV show, ad or video clip |
| Description | Specific details of the trigger |
To create a Media trigger:
- Click Triggers in the top navigation bar and select Media
- Click Add Media on the top right
- Click the Select Media box and add media
- Enter the Name, Media Id, Media Type and Description
- For Delivery Preset and Targeting, please refer to Delivery Preset
- Add trigger to the selected Campaign and Application
- Click Create
